We offer the following payment options:
• Cash, check or money order with a 5% discount if paid in full on the day of service.
• Major Credit cards – including Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
• For your convenience, we are pleased to accept patient financing options. Repayment options available include a 3 or 6 month interest free financing available through Care Credit Finance Corporation. Please inquire for more information or click the link below.
For patients with dental coverage, we ask for the estimated co- payment at time of service. We will assist you in filing your claim.
iNSURANCE
• We accept most insurance plans. Please contact us to make sure we take your specific plan.
Dental benefits are intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include a deductible and other expenses which must be paid by the patient. Some plans base the amount of benefits on a chart or schedule of fees arbitrarily developed by dental insurance companies. We will work with you to assure that you will receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
